Goldridge Reserve Merlot (12 Bottle Case)
The grapes for this wine come from a boutique vineyard in South Australia. A portion of this wine is matured with oak adding an integrated oak character. This supple medium-bodied wine offers ripe aromas of cherries, plum and subtle oak characters, wrapped in fine fruit tannins and toasty oak. This distinguished wine makes a fine companion for full flavoured fare such as char grilled fillet of beef on a mushroom and bacon risotto with spinach, tomato and roasted red pepper.
