The grapes for this sparkling wine are sourced from the famed regions of Gisborne and Hawkes Bay on New Zealand's North island. The wine has less pressure than traditional sparkling wine giving a creamier, fruitier style of wine more akin to Prosecco. The addition of Muscat grapes adds an additional layer of aromatics to the wine.
