RECIPE: Negroni Sbagliato

What is the bright and bubbly variation on the classic Negroni? The Negroni Sbagliato! Sbagliato means “mistake” in Italian - the story about how this cocktail was discovered is that an Italian bartender mistakenly poured Prosecco instead of gin while making a Negroni. We think this Italian aperitivo drink turned out to be a pretty delicious mistake!
