When you use this website and/or purchase any products on this website, you are subject to the following Terms and Conditions set out below. Your use of this website confirms that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions and you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, then please cease use of this website.
We may change the Terms and Conditions on this website at any time, and any changes will apply from the date that we upload the updated Terms and Conditions. By continuing to use the website you agree to be bound by them.
Unless we have explicitly agreed in writing to a deviation of these Terms and Conditions, we will supply products and services based on these Terms and Conditions.

- SALE OF LIQUOR
You must be 18 years of age or over to purchase wine or other liquor product from this website. As required by law, we require you to confirm that you and the person you are purchasing for are 18 years of age or over when you first enter this website. It is illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase wine or other liquor products. You fully indemnify us against any breach or failure of such confirmation which results in any legal action being taken against us.
- PRODUCT AND SERVICE PRICES AND ORDER PAYMENTS
All prices displayed on this website are represented in New Zealand dollars and must be paid for in New Zealand dollars. Taxes (GST) are shown and included in the price. Delivery is excluded unless otherwise stated. Products displayed will be purchased using a secure online Visa or MasterCard transaction facility.
We will take reasonable effort to ensure the prices displayed on this website are accurate at the time you place your order. We will contact you as soon as possible if an error is found in the prices and offer you the choice of (1) confirming your order at the correct price, or (2) cancelling your order. We reserve the right to alter prices for any reason at any time.
- OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS ON THIS WEBSITE
Unless otherwise stated, any offer or promotion advertised on this website or associated social platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook) may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers. Offers and promotions are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to withdraw offers and promotions for any reason and at any time without notice. We reserve the right to run promotions and offers for set periods of time.
The costs for delivery of the products ordered through this website will depend on shipping location and product volume, and these costs are noted on the website and at checkout prior to you confirming your order.
We currently only deliver within New Zealand, and unless otherwise agreed by you and us, we will only deliver products ordered through this website to addresses within New Zealand.
We are proud to supply amazing products and endeavour to ensure that these products leave us in good condition. We use third parties to deliver our products so you must contact: firstname.lastname@example.org or email us via the website contact page within 24 hours of delivery if all or part of your order has been damaged in transit. We will then contact you directly to discuss. Please note that this does not apply to damages which occur after delivery.
We will deliver the products you have ordered to the premises nominated in your order at your cost, (unless provided as a promotion) within a reasonable time of accepting your order. If there are issues with delivery, we will not be liable to you for late delivery. Cancellation of your order or any part of your order is not permitted due to late delivery. Please leave instructions at check out if you would like to provide our delivery partners instructions regarding the delivery of your parcel.
If we have incorrectly addressed the parcel delivery, we will re-deliver, replace or refund the products you have ordered. However, if you have provided an incorrect or insufficient delivery address or if there was no delivery due to premise inaccessibility (such as no entrance onto the premise, dogs or building works) we take no such responsibility.
- PRODUCT RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do not accept returns of products except where the return is covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, with the exception of “taste non-preference” returns as below. It is your responsibility to make sure that your order is correct as all orders are final. We do not provide refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or if the product doesn’t fit. We will refund the product if it is not of acceptable quality or is faulty or defective.
Please note that Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to business customers. If you are purchasing products for the purpose of a business the Consumer Guarantees Act and its protections do not apply.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing email@example.com and we will make arrangements for the damaged items to be assessed and refunded.
If you believe any product in your order is faulty or defective, please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the purchase date to discuss the issue with the product. If we accept that the product is faulty or defective, then under the Consumer Guarantees act (if applicable), we will provide you with a refund for the said product to its purchase value. If the product is damaged, becomes faulty and/or defective as a result of misuse by you, we are not obliged to accept the return. If the returned items constitute your entire order, the refund will include the order postage charges.
If any wine product in your order is not to your taste, please contact us via email or website contact form within 30 days of the purchase date to discuss a return and refund. If you have purchased multiple bottles of the same wine, please note that refunds can only be processed after all bottles of the same wine are returned to our warehouse minus a maximum of two bottles opened (the wine you have tasted). Please note that exchanges are not available. No refunds to order postage charges are made in “taste non-preference” returns.
The above is not intended to alter any rights or obligations contained in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
- OUT OF STOCK OR BACKORDERS
While we take reasonable measures to make sure our stock levels are accurate at all times, there may be occasions due to unforeseen circumstances where we are unable to fulfil your order or source a replacement product. If this should occur, we will contact you and offer either a credit voucher for the value of your purchase or a full refund. Please note that we cannot offer a backorder or “rain check” facility.
We provide the facilities to redeem vouchers through the checkout system. Any voucher is to be used at our discretion. We also hold the right to terminate any voucher which we believe is being misused. The voucher can be used only once. Any unused value associated with the voucher will not be refunded or exchanged for cash. If your order exceeds the amount of your voucher, you must pay for the balance with a credit card or other agreed forms of payment. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and not refundable. Vouchers are valid for up until the date recorded on the voucher. Recipients may only use our vouchers for purchases online on our website. Each voucher is identified by individual code that must not be changed or copied by the purchaser. The purchaser is not allowed to transfer, re-assign or re-sell vouchers. The purchaser must comply with the Sale of Liquor Act.
The content on this website, such as, although not limited to, logos, icons, graphic, images, text, trademarks is owned by, or licensed to, WINE2U.COM LTD. The content is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. Unless expressly authorised by us or these terms and conditions, unauthorised republication or redistribution of any part of this website by any means is prohibited.
These Terms and Conditions, and any matters or disputes connected with this website or service shall be governed with the laws of New Zealand and will be dealt with by the New Zealand courts.
