RECIPE: Rosé Aperol Spritz

We like mixing up our drinking repertoire with cocktails, and it’s always something that puts us in the mood to have a good time. Cocktails don’t always have to be elaborate, so we have this simple tipple to quench your cocktail craving – something fresh and fizzy and is the perfect way to use up your rosé bubbles! You knew there was another reason to grab a bottle of the Bosco Dei Cirmioli Sparkling Rosé!


4 – 6 servings


1 750ml bottle Bosco Dei Cirmioili Sparkling Rosé, chilled

¼ cup Aperol

¾ cup passionfruit juice*, chilled

¼ cup fresh lime juice

4 teaspoons sugar

Orange wedges (for serving)

*If you can’t find passionfruit juice at your local supermarket, you can use your favourite fruit juice – something with a sweet-sour flavour to bring the fruity wine and slightly bitter Aperol together


In a large pitcher, mix together Aperol, passionfruit juice, lime juice and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Stir in sparkling rosé. Serve in wine glasses filled with ice, and garnish with an orange wedge.
