We're always keen for a cool and refreshing lemonade with a splash of Tora Bay Hawkes Bay Rosé, and it's always a party favourite! The recipe calls for homemade lemonade, but it can easily be substituted with ready-made lemonade. Cheers to Rosé!

WHAT YOU NEED
1 750ml bottle Tora Bay Hawkes Bay Rosé, chilled
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup water
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup water, chilled
Lemon (for serving)
*To save on time, you can also use ready-made lemonade
METHOD
In a small saucepan, boil ¼ cup water and ¼ cup sugar together until sugar is dissolved. Set aside to cool.
Add ¼ cup fresh lemon juice and 1 cup chilled water to the sugar mixture. Refrigerate until cold.
Then add 1 cup rosé before serving with ice and lemon!
