SERVINGS

6 servings

WHAT YOU NEED

750mL bottle of Rosé - we've used Duck Point Hawkes Bay Rosé here

1 cup Triple Sec

1 cup Gin

2 cup soda water

¾ cup sugar

½ cup fresh orange juice

½ cup fresh grapefruit juice

1 punnet of strawberries

1 sliced orange and 1 sliced lemon (or other sliced citrus of your choosing)

METHOD

To make the sangria mix, add the wine, triple sec, gin, orange juice, grapefruit juice, and sugar into a large pitcher and stir until blended. Stir in the sliced lemon and orange and the strawberries. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Pour the soda water into the sangria mix and stir to combine. Place ice in glasses and pour sangria over.
