WHAT YOU NEED

For the Sparkling Rosé Sangria

1 750ml bottle of sparkling rosé (we’ve used Bosco Italian Sparkling Rosé here!)

⅓ cup tequila

½ cup orange juice

⅓ cup lime juice

1 tbsp honey

3 tbsp freeze dried strawberry powder

½ cup sparkling water or soda water

½ cup fresh sliced strawberries (as a garnish)

For the Sangria Glass Rims

Freeze-dried strawberry powder

Lime juice

Sugar

METHOD

For the sangria mix, add the sparkling rosé, tequila, orange juice, lime juice, honey and strawberry to a large pitcher and stir to combine. Then add the sparkling water or soda water.

For the sangria rims, mix the strawberry powder and sugar together on a plate. Dip the rim of a glass into the lime juice and then dip into the strawberry powder-sugar mixture.

Pour the sangria mix into the glass and garnish with a sliced strawberry.
