This medium dry style of Pinot Gris has a delicate balance of stone fruit and ripe pear flavours. The ripe pear and candied fruit aromas jump out of the glass and leaves your senses with a exotic scented freshness. With the restrained acidity and balanced dryness, this wine has a lovely lasting pear flavour finish, best enjoyed on a sunny summers day.
