The two grape varieties Pinot Gris and Glera combine to create an outstanding blend. A light straw yellow in the glass, it already has an aromatic bouquet. On the palate, intense fruit aromas of peach are enhanced by apple and lemon. Full-bodied, with a lovely texture and mild acidity, as well as a long finish. Its optimal serving temperature is 10-12°C. This aromatic white wine is the perfect accompaniment to a hearty quiche lorraine or robust cheeses such as gruyère or munster.
